His work focuses on high-performance systems, leadership development, and mental resilience in complex environments.

Dennis Jones

Combat Tactics

Dennis Jones is a national security professional, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and performance strategist specializing in leadership, resilience, and performance under pressure. With more than 20 years of experience across the Department of Defense and national security enterprise, he has supported Army Special Operations Command, USSOCOM, and DARPA in high-consequence operational environments.

Matt Devine is a human performance specialist with more than 25 years of experience helping athletes, military personnel, and corporate professionals improve strength, resilience, and overall performance. His background includes coaching developmental, collegiate, professional, and military populations, as well as work in outpatient physical therapy and higher education.
